What's our return policy

MYCHWAY website provides customers with a "30-day product return guarantee" (calculated from the date of receipt), If you order products on this website and find the following situations after receiving the goods, you must contact our customer service department, and you can return and exchange the goods within 30 days from the date of receipt:

• 1. The product is found to be damaged when the goods are received;
• 2. The product is different or less than the product ordered by the customer on the website
• 3. It is found that the product has expired when the goods are received;
• 4. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days If your cancellation request is submitted before your order is shipped, and within the allowed cancellation window, we will honor your cancellation.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
